You’ve had the two blue lines, massive congratulations!!! So exciting and also worrying. I know I questioned basically every twinge I felt until my first scan – the longest 13 weeks of my life! But that’s why I’m so glad you are here. Eating well and feeling good is so important in pregnancy for both baby and mummy. Especially in the first trimester as your baby develops from a microscopic egg into a little, but fully formed baby. Which is also why you feel so exhausted! But the information around it all can be confusing and overwhelming so I help to take some of those worries away.
Our sessions are ideally face to face at my Monday clinic space, but we can also work on zoom. They are always 55 minutes long.
The first session is just information gathering so everything I recommend is safe and the best option for you.
The second session ideally a week later is nutrition advice based on how/what/when you eat and optimizing certain nutrients to best support your body and your growing baby.
The third session is a week or two later and is a mix of nutrition support and gentle body work depending on what’s best for you. I am safe to give you reflexology from day 1 of pregnancy if you want it and I’m also trained in pregnancy massage. If we are working on Zoom I can teach you some hand reflexology to do at home.
The fourth session three to four weeks later is a continuation of the above.
The timeline is flexible depending on what week of your pregnancy you book in with me and we can also add sessions on if more are needed.
