I don’t know about you, but I always like to see someone’s qualifications and training before deciding to book. So I’ve created this page to share mine with you, so you can feel confident and reassured in choosing to work with me.

During my 4-year degree in Complementary Medicine: Naturopathy BSc (Hons), I trained in the following therapies alongside the science of the body and how to become a therapist:

  • Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy
  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Reflexology
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage
  • Aromatherapy
  • Hydrotherapy
  • Bach Flowers
  • Herbal medicine – teas and topical use

Outside of my degree, I have also trained in:

  • EFT with Matrix Reimprinting with EFT Master Karl Dawson
  • Pre and postnatal reflexology to degree level
  • A baby massage diploma
  • Baby and toddler reflexology
  • Infant sleep
  • 3 months of training in breastfeeding support with the Breastfeeding Network
  • 3 months of training as a postnatal doula.
