Your 6 sessions with me, which will ideally be face to face at my Monday clinic space, but we can also do zoom, and each session is 55 minutes.
The first session is just information gathering so everything I recommend is safe and the best option for you.
The second session, ideally a week later is where the advice begins. We go through a food diary that you will have filled out, so I can make recommendations that are achievable you for based on how/when/what you eat and drink. If you want to pay for additional tests, I will also go through those options with you. And make supplement suggestions too.
The third session, ideally a week later is where I get my hands on you and give you reflexology to support your body. I gently stimulate nerve endings in your feet that link up to all your hormone glands, organs and bones to help improve nerve communication. I also give you self-care advice so you continue the work we do in the sessions at home.
The follow on sessions, are a mix of the above depending on what’s best for you. Ideally I see you every 2 to 3 weeks but this is guided by your plan.
